Peak Pose Playtime
Session 3, 11:00am-12:15pm, In the Barn
Who doesn't love time to play in their practice?! This class is all about having fun while building up toward TWO peak poses - Flamingo and Fallen Flamingo. We will focus on alignment, strength through functional exercises, and properly warming and opening areas of the body specific for these two poses. As with all yoga classes, the goal is not to accomplish the poses with flawless execution; the goal is to grow in our practice and gain a better understanding of our bodies as we move with intention.
Samadhi - Transcendental Sound Journey & Breathwork Meditation
Session 4, 2:00-3:15pm, In the Barn
Join us for a deeply healing and profound meditation experience designed to help you realize the infinite nature of who you are and your own ability to thrive and heal.
This breathwork is unique in its ability to bring any practitioner into the highest state of meditation called Samdahi. Samadhi translates to void or death of the ego. In this vast state of emptiness we are temporarily liberated from the challenges of duality and the self-limiting nature of the ego. The results can be profound, as this reveals to us our true infinite and authentic nature and reconnects us with source consciousness.
To help facilitate this experience is a sound journey which takes you into the infinite realm of possibilities through harmonic frequencies that clear, align and activate the chakras, especially the third-eye and crown.
Students of this practice report profound levels of meditation, deep brain states, visualizations, awakening experiences, self-transformation and traumatic healing.
*Intense breathwork is not suitable for people who experience epilepsy, are pregnant, or have severe heart or medical conditions.

We will explore and grow in our heart-aligned practice that nurtures our joy, our passions, our generosity and our love for self and others.
