Audrey, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, found yoga in 2011 and fell in love with the physical movement of her body in this form. She soon realized the emotional, mental, and spiritual healing of a disciplined practice and wanted to dive deeper into the journey by becoming a yoga teacher. In her classes, Audrey strives to provide a loving space to heal and feel and be while building strength and increasing flexibility in the physical body.

Are you ready to feel more challenge in your yoga practice? In this experiential Vinyasa-based workshop, you will learn how to challenge yourself with tools that empower you to take yourself deeper, both physically and mentally. We will utilize binds, strength building movements, and breathwork in addition to mindfulness and meditation as techniques for taking your practice deeper.
