Brian and Alecia are a dynamic duo who weave together our expertise and experiences to create an impactful personal growth experience for clients. We teach you how to harness the power of your breath and mind. By combining eastern and western practices and theory, we provide a highly effective model for improving mental and physical health along with a process for spiritual awakening. Our complementary skill sets are based in a number of disciplines including psychology (developmental, evolutionary, energy, behavioral, etc.), neuroscience, Kundalini & Hatha Yoga, the Wim Hof method, Oxygen Advantage, shamanic breathing principles, along with a deep-seated wisdom in human nature. We believe that now is the time to take the next step in our evolution and we bring the awareness and tools to make that happen by offering in-person and online workshops and our profound Shamanic Sound Journey and Breathwork Meditations.
Samadhi - Transcendental Sound Journey & Breathwork Meditation
Join us for a deeply healing and profound meditation experience designed to help you realize the infinite nature of who you are and your own ability to thrive and heal. This breathwork is unique in its ability to bring any practitioner into the highest state of meditation called Samdahi. Samadhi translates to void or death of the ego. In this vast state of emptiness we are temporarily liberated from the challenges of duality and the self-limiting nature of the ego. The results can be profound, as this reveals to us our true infinite and authentic nature and reconnects us with source consciousness.
To help facilitate this experience is a sound journey which takes you into the infinite realm of possibilities through harmonic frequencies that clear, align and activate the chakras, especially the third-eye and crown. Students of this practice report profound levels of meditation, deep brain states, visualizations, awakening experiences, self-transformation and traumatic healing.
*Intense breathwork is not suitable for people who experience epilepsy, are pregnant, or have severe heart or medical conditions.
