Bre Allison

After a climbing accident, Bre dove deeper into the mental & spiritual side of Yoga. Exploring neurological impacts while also experiencing them in her healing journey. She shifted her focus to the therapeutic realm enrolling in an 800 hour Yoga Therapy program with Amrit Institute and studying Integral Breath Therapy. Her hope is for you to cultivate a stronger connection to your wholeness and inner wisdom so you live with more freedom and ease. Deeply inspired by nature, she believes these practices will also shift us to live more consciously with our Mother Earth.

Meditation in Motion:
Tuning into the Innate Intelligence Within

You know that relaxed feeling you have when you leave a yoga class? Ever wish you could carry it with you in your everyday life? In this introduction to Meditation in Motion, we will start class from that very relaxed state before transitioning into slow, breath focused movement... revealing how a meditative state can exist even amidst action, even amidst distractions. This will be a more traditional style yoga that incorporates fewer poses than a typical class allowing you to move deeper into a connection with your own body's wisdom. There will be a short conversation and experience with the Kriya of Chitta and Prana at the beginning of class to share some of the tools of intro to meditation in motion. The class is appropriate for all levels and experience of yoga, as well as all capabilities of movement and mobility.
