Tesha Holso-Dahlenburg
Rapid City

Tesha Holso-Dahlenburg, RYT-500, AYS, completed her initial studies through Integrative Yoga Therapy, a comprehensive yoga methodology integrating the kosha system for yoga-based wellness. She continued with 300 hour studies as an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, which combines Ayurveda & Yoga for a balanced, whole-faceted approach to well-being. Yoga was her lens for transformation, & it is from this space that she shares her practice.

Sierra Karras
Spearfish

A lover of nature and all things outdoors, Sierra found her way to yoga in college and started a regular practice when moving to Spearfish in 2013. In 2021, she completed her RYT® 200 certification and enjoys leading anything from Yin to Hot Power Yoga at Spearfish Yoga and Cycle Studio. Her most recent interest is in Buti yoga and she hopes to get a certification in this type of yoga in the near future.

Jess Ryan & Steph Hanson
Laramie

Jess Ryan, MS, NCC, LPC, E-RYT is a trauma-informed mental health therapist, life coach, yoga teacher, energy worker and Shamanic practitioner. Stephanie Hanson, MS, LPC, E-RYT is a mental health therapist and yoga instructor who leads workshops, retreats, and trainings for therapists and non-therapists designed to align with the qualities of the Self, heal wounds, and awaken to life’s purpose. Together they have over 25 years of combined teaching and client experience and have trained yoga teachers from across the intermountain west since 2011. They help students and clients to understand why and how yoga and body-based practices are more than merely physical exercises––these practices are gateways to understanding, healing, and uncovering the true Self.

Cary Thrall
Lead

Cary, E-RYT® 200, YACEP®, is an enrolled member of the Sicangu Oyate. She is a Black Hills winyan, heart and soul. Born and raised in South Dakota, she believes in the importance of compassion, kindness and deep connections. Cary works in many facets through her business, finding flow and seeking harmony every day. CAT Scratch Studios, Creative Arts and Therapies, links her passions of teaching, yoga+meditations, art and community. She is a certified educator, artist, community organizer and change maker. Engaging with people is vital for her. She perceives connections and strives to deepen them from seed to fruition; working with others to seek their visions and move towards them to create the life they desire. She connects people through holistic, healthy living, creative community collaborations, teaching, art, and yoga+meditations to harmonize life & emanate from the heart space to bring their soul’s work forward.

Brandy Weber
Brookings

Brandy Weber received her 200hr RYT certification in 2017. Upon completion, she threw herself into everything Ashtanga. She went on to complete a formal mentorship with her authorized level 2 teacher, Taylor Hunt, and has since completed over 300hrs in Ashtanga studies. She maintains a 6 day a week rigorous practice and travels to see her teacher regularly. She is also authorized to teach for the Trini Foundation, an organization that partners with treatment centers, halfway houses, and prisons to bring the practice of Ashtanga yoga to those struggling with addiction. 
Brandy currently lives in Brookings, but returns to her beloved Spearfish as often as she can.
