Kendra Brouwer has been a pillar of the yoga community in Sioux Falls since 2008 and has taught many places and welcomed many students to the practice. In 2018, she established Kosha Yoga School, an RYS at the 200 hour level, and has trained dozens of teachers each year since then. Her new project, Frontier Wellness (will hopefully be open by the time this is published) offers a variety of Yoga and functional movement classes as well as whole-person wellness and recovery. You'll see her teaching many modalities, but yin and pre/post natal are her favorites.
Kendra is also an Independent Consultant with Arbonne as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist and is driven to support people in their quest for health. Her life is full of family, friends, pets, and an appreciation for every single day in this amazing life she is so grateful to still be here to live!
I'll Be A-ok ( An 8-Limbed Flow for All)* - Kendra Brouwer
This vinyasa based class will hit all the major players: pranayama, meditation, asana, plus offer pause to explore some of our favorite foundational postures. If I have learned anything in the last 2 years of my life and my practice, simplicity is key to consistency and you will leave this session with some clues into YOUR OWN practice and some tips to take home with you. There's a high chance that some Yin favorites will show up here as well, because sphinx and swan are non-negotiables when I teach. Can't wait to see you on the mat!!
